With over 20 years working as a marketing professional, 6 years as a higher education business & marketing lecturer & 2 Masters degrees, I have extensive experience in developing and executing marketing strategies for local and national markets.
I have worked across varied industries including FMCG, food & beverage, education, health, beauty, fitness, real estate, accountants & lawyers, and trades services. Having worked for small, medium and multinational size companies, I am passionate about implementing marketing strategies to increase lead generation and brand integrity whilst focusing on marketing campaign effectiveness.
Whether you're thinking about starting your own business, need help with your social media strategy, marketing campaigns and promotions, want some graphic design work or update your website, I will share with you my experience and help you grow your business.
I am also a higher education lecturer and unit coordinator in both undergraduate and postgraduate programs since 2017 in Digital Marketing Strategy, Marketing and Entrepreneurship. I work across several universities such as Swinburne University, ICMS, UTS. I also create higher education learning content in marketing, digital marketing, social media and web analytics.
After being rescued from the kill list in 2011, Rufus adapted very well to staying at home and assisting me in my daily tasks. Rufus was an integral part of the team.
Unfortunately, after enjoying many walks, great dinners and a lot of attention, Rufus passed away in early 2024.
Rufus is greatly missed and will forever be a very important member of this venture.

Jason joins Rufus and Flo with an extensive experience in graphic design. I met Jason in 2017 when I started working as a higher education lecturer with Macleay College. Jason has been a lead lecturer in graphic design and digital media since 2012, taking the role of head of the digital media and advertising faculty in 2021.
A little about Jason
Jason has over 22 years experience in advertising and marketing. Working with brands such as Nestlé, P&G, MLC, Ensemble Theatre, McDonalds, Ferrero Rocher, Nutella, Volkswagen, Streets (Ice Cream), and Sony Pictures, he oversees digital experience and campaign execution for brands, whilst maintaining branding and products vision and consistency.
He works on creative projects, print and digital publications, products and advertising, monitoring advertising campaigns. Great to have Jason joining our creative and friendly team.
